The Challenge
ReadiPOD came to Lime City Media as a startup bringing a brand-new pool equipment product to market. The product was genuinely innovative, but the company had no audience, no brand recognition, and had never posted video content. They needed to create demand for a product people didn't know existed yet, without a large marketing budget.
What Lime City Media Did
We built an organic social media video strategy around one idea: educate the market. Instead of polished ads, we filmed professional vertical videos that showed the product in action and explained the problem it solves, the kind of content people watch to the end and share.
- Product demonstration videos showing the system working in real conditions
- Professional vertical video filmed and edited for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts
- Product photography for the website, social media and sales materials
The Results
Within the first two videos, ReadiPOD's content passed 100,000 organic views. More importantly, the attention turned into business: owner Matt Monaghan now receives one to three new customer phone calls every day, without spending a dollar on paid advertising.
"Within the first two videos Lime City Media posted for us, we got over 100,000 views. Now I'm getting 1 to 3 new leads as phone calls every single day, and we haven't spent a single dollar on advertising. They created demand for our product from scratch."Matt Monaghan, Owner, ReadiPOD · Fort Wayne, Indiana
Why It Worked
New products don't have search demand yet, because nobody searches for something they've never heard of. Short-form video puts the product in front of people before they know to look for it, and educational content builds the trust that turns a viewer into a phone call.
