Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You can stop receiving texts from us at any time by replying STOP, or ask to be removed from any list by emailing us. We will still contact you as needed about an active project you've hired us for.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to follow up and for a reasonable period afterward in case you get back in touch. Client records, contracts, and billing information are kept as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Finished photo and video files are kept according to the terms of your project agreement and may be archived or removed after delivery, so please download and back up your final files.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, including secure (HTTPS) connections on our website, access-controlled accounts, and reputable service providers. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
