Quotes, Bookings and Projects
Any project, photo session or service you hire us for is governed by the quote, proposal, invoice or agreement for that project. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
Results and Testimonials
Case studies, view counts, lead numbers and testimonials on this site describe real results for specific clients. Every business, audience and market is different, so we can't promise that you will get the same or similar results. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of rankings, views, leads, sales or any other outcome. Testimonials reflect the honest opinions of the clients who gave them.
Our Content
The photos, videos, text, graphics, logos and other content on this site are owned by Lime City Media or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, download, reuse, edit or republish our photos, videos or other content without our written permission. Clients' rights to the media we create for them are set out in their project agreements.
Client Names and Trademarks
Client names and logos shown on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. We show them to identify businesses we have worked with. Their appearance does not mean those businesses endorse Lime City Media beyond any testimonial they have given.
Contacting Us and Communications
When you submit a form, call, text or email us, you agree that we may reply by phone, text message or email about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to any text to opt out. Please don't send us confidential or sensitive information through the site.
